Hello! I have a PhD in philosophy from Columbia University, and I teach part-time at New York University. My research is in ancient Greek philosophy and ethics. I have 4+ years of teaching experience as a junior professor teaching ethics, Greek philosophy, and literature. My pedagogical training comes from a two-year Columbia College Core Preceptorship, a fellowship for learning course instruction and teaching classes at Columbia college. In my research, I study the imagination and emotions, and seek to understand what is distinctive about human intelligence (looking at both historical theories and contemporary scientific research).
